I have a question Unit 6: equality, diversity and inclusion in the early years setting.

Hi there,
I am really struggling with what to write for these questions.

3.1 Explain how to raise awareness of diversity, equality and inclusion
3.2 Describe how to challenge discrimination in a way that promotes change
3.3 Explain how to support others to promote diversity, equality and inclusion
3.4 Explain how own role can support community understanding of different cultures and beliefs
3.5 Assess sources of information and support available to promote equality and diversity
3.6 Explain how to challenge cultural practices that are harmful or illegal

Thanks in advance for your help, any would be gratefully appreciated.

Default

3.1 you could write about what you do in your own setting: that could be being a role model and celebrating cultural festivals equally and the policies ensuring it.

3.2 this would be what would you do if you saw discrimination, challenge and report it and be a role model

3.3 if you attend a course or do online training make notes for colleges and feedback all the information, helping other staff if their struggling things like that really
