How important would you say monitoring and keeping an eye on how your group provides this protection is .. and how does it do it ?
Who looks after and promotes the childrens rights in your setting and what does all of that involve ?
When looking at accountability - in life, people need something to fall back on, whether that's in an emergency, crisis or general daily occurance .. someone or something that they can say 'that's where the buck stops for me' sort of thing
' there has to be reassurance in knowing that that person or process will be able to take the responsibility and know what to do next ' .. but who is that person, network, agency, organisation or process !!?
How do you list all of those 'routes so that you can help when a parent comes to you and asks a question or wishes to pass on thoughts & ideas about a specific topic ?
