Can anyone help i am doing level 3 diploma DSSTLS and am struggling on CYP 3.4.1 Rask 2, can any one help

Hi Please can any one help me with TDA32.4 Task 1 and 2 , i keep going over and over the questions and dont seem to be getting anywhere. Just would like a little guidence !!!!

Hi, everyone has differing experiences of the diploma, if possible could you include what the task states for members to help where they can xx

Its to do with the timeline of education and downloading it , and how much do we actually have to download and how do we lay it out ??This is task 1 (4.1)
