job application help

i have an application for my first job but am worried about a question on the form i have been doing the job voluteering but now have been offered pay

i have to demostrate key areas of knowledge,experiance and skills and how i meet these key areas in the job and how well i demostrate my ability to meet these essential criterira

can anyone please help

not that i know but i would think that they mean how your experiences of children in your own life and how you use this in work your knowledge and experiences and knowledge of policies and procedures, health and safety etc in work and how u apply these in your workday hope this helps
