Help SOS LSA interview - help needed

I have been called back for an interview for a learning support assistant (yay! ), they have asked me to deliver a 10 minute number or counting activity for 5 mixed ability children within foundation stage 2 class.
Thankfully i am near the end of an apprenticeship scheme that is working with that age but in another school setting. I have come up with some ideas but am unsure of how much i have to put into this. At the moment i have made copies of number lines and i am making some fish(with numbers on) for the children to 'catch', recognise and then show the jumps on the number line. I thought that if the progress they can then write the number sequences but if they find it difficult they can use objects as aids. And as i am excited i even thought i could sing "1,2,3,4,5 once i caught a fish alive..."
It seems this is a lot to do for a ten minute activity though or am i over thinking it all? This is the kind of thing i have planned before and my setting have been happy with it.

Any help would be really appreciated.

You sound like you have really planned it and thought it out well. I find that I may change the activity depending on the group but you will have to gauge their needs. Other than that good luck and if you are confident in your task which you are you will be fine and enjoy it!
