hi,

I was just checking my file and i got this covered by a direct observation my assessor did.

I discussed my operational plan with regard to safeguarding,e.g. procedures, policies, equipment, room plans, etc i just discussed what i did, this observation actually covered most of this unit and others as i was responsible for writing it.

there is also a section in the eyfs which i discussed regarding staff training for safeguarding therefore you must show how you will action this.

Hope this has helped
