Default setting up a preschool

i have a friend who is a qualified teacher, has been for 20years, and she wants to set up her own preschool. does anybody know how she would be able to go about doing this? does anyone have any information, or know where she could get hold of some? thanks in advance. x

im in scotland so probs all different

but do u mean like childcare type or a 3&4yr old curriculum based one

id contact the council i think

let us know how she gets on, would be interesting x
