Default Please someone help im going out my head stuck on EYMP 4 2.1 AND 2.2

My head is going round and round in circles and I am trying to get some questions completed. I have also just found out I am falling behind after having children ill and my nana passing aaway etc.
The questions I need help with are
EYMP 4 2.1 Identify current policies, framworks and influences on the early years
2.2 Explain the impact of current policies frameworks and influences on the early years sector.

For 2.1 I was told to talk about the EYFS welfare requirement and then sign post to the various policies I have in my folder that I have summerisied from my setting policy. But now this doesn't seem right I just don't know where to begin .

if you look on page 115 of your learner log the guides are there
 United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)
 current equalities legislation DONT FORGET THE NEWEST ONES AS WELL AS THE OLDER
 current research EPPE PEAL DESFORGES ETC
 social and economic influences such as work patterns and financial constraints.EPPE AGAIN BUT ALSO CPAG AND BARNARDOS AND SAVE THE CHILDREN WILL HELP

you need to include all of these for a pass. remember identify is just listing them but explain needs you to show how you apply them in your setting by giving examples
