please can anyone out there help with these 2 questions :

Analyse the roles of advocates and independent visitors in relation to safeguarding children and young people in care

Evaluate the changes in your own role when taking responsibility for a multi-agency team around a child or young person

Unfortunately, what i have written has not been signed off by my assessor.

Hi can any one help am doing safeguarding children and young people and need some help on a question. How do guidelines policies and procedures for safeguarding affect day to day work with children and young people? Please include how to ensure that the children's interests are paramount please can any one help thanks

have you got a copy of the settings policy on whistle blowing and logging concerns?
There is alot of guidance in them.
The practitioners concern is logged confidentially to protect them too.
