Default Care plans

Hiya,
I have to create a care plan on a child aged 1 for a full day in the setting, and then another one for a child aged 3. Im not really sure on care plans, we havent really done them at college. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to go about setting it out?

Hiya beccalou,

I havent done this one but what about your setting, Im sure they may have blank forms they use for the childcare routine like meal times, what activities the child has done, sleep times, nappy changing etc and you could fill them in as an example obviously dont use a childs details (make them up). If your still stuck some of the childcare books will probably have a sample careplans to could make up and complete.

Hope this is ok, gud luk
