Default Learning Stories observations
I have looked everywhere for a blank form for Learning stories observations that complies with the New EYFS. Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find one.

I think there are some on the cd that comes in the eyfs pack under the "enabling environments" Observation, assessment and planning.
