Default Health check

Just had to get a health check form completed by doctor for Ofsted. Never had to do it before. Anyway the doctor sec told me here wold be a fee, OK i thought , maybe £30-49. Picked it up today,-£96.47!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they filled in 3 questions and the doc signed it. BUT 96 pounds !Anyone else had the same experience?

Boyfriend had his done a couple of months ago.... £45! He thought that was steep!!
