Oh hugs you'll be great at this. Deep breath before answering any question and always ask for it to be repeated xx

I've just checked the ofsted website but can't see a 'we're not or are ogres: suitable person's interview page, there are Inspection focussed twenty questions, which may be good if you can chat in general of them and know which docs apply. More insightful maybe is this information from UCLAN.ac.uk - suitable person policy, it's older that eyfs & surrounds the welfare requirements but might help let me know if you make your own!

Very best wishes for it xx

I had mine in February and it was fine. There was lots of questions in relation to the statutory framework but as long as all your paperwork is in order you will be fine

Our Operational Plan is set up using the questions from the statutory framework and lists how we meet them and where we keep everything so that really helped.

They also asked how much I drank, what I drank and when and why I drunk alchohol. I was asked whether I took recreational drugs.

Can't think what else but if you want any more help please ask

I'm sure you will be fine.
