Hi Mel03

Im doing my NVQ4 but i thought i may be able to help you slightly with some of my knowledge on your L3 question?
Learning may be affected by the factors in the following ways:
Race/colour- if they are a minority in a school childen become an easy target.
Disabilty- if different in appearance, otehrs maybecome judgemental.
gender,etc....the bottom line is is that if children have low self esteem or confidence they may become an easy bullying target, making them withdrawn and "into them selves" also may be scared to contribute in class, hindering their learning and education. May become easily distracted because of worrying too.
This also links into confidence.
Hope this helps slightly ?
