Default Unit 331 understand child and young persons development

On 3.2 explain the reasons why children and young persons development may not follow the expected pattern..

Right I know why as I answered that question in 2.2 explain how children and young peoples development is influenced by a range of external factors...

Right Do I have to re write the answer tweaking it a little or can I cross reference as I am basically repeating myself and finding it very frustrating, there is only so many ways you can say the same thing!!!

Thanks
