I'm confused Family Support Worker Diploma Help Please !!!!

I have started a new course named Family Support Worker Diploma and I am answering question three of Module 1

Choose four agencies with which a family support worker might work alongside, giving reasons why they might do this....

I have picked my four agencies which are Schools, Mental Health Workers, Department for Work and Pensions and Social Services but I cannot find the reasons why they might work alongside the family support worker.

Can someone please help me?
