Hi, a warm welcome to the site. You may find this thread useful: https://www.silkysteps.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20983

Page 62 of the level 3 handbook explains how children who are experiencing a transition such as starting a new setting/leaving their home environment to attend their setting can have their physical well-being effected: immune system may not be as effective due to stress, disturbed sleep patterns, refusal to go to bed, possibly becoming 'fussier' with their food or not have much of an appetite.

Emotional effects involve the possibility for children to become more easily upset, tearful or angry. They might also become withdrawn or aggressive.

Hope this helps a little, best wishes
