025.7.1 outline the importence of e-safety

Hello, i have only this question left to complete my safeguarding assignment. So if anyone could help i would be so grateful. Outline the importence of e-safety for children/young people give 3 examples of 3 risks and possible consequences for each issue; being online and mobile phones
Any pointers would be great my brain has broken!
