Social workers speak out over child protection cuts

I think this is absolutely discusting.
It seems to be putting alot of pressure on us as practitioners to comply with the current legislation so every professional should too. (not blaming social workers because it's not their fault if there's no money for new social workers but surely on such an immportant issue then money should be found to support these children or young adults).
We fund raise for other countries, when there are children suffering here doesn't seem right to me but not against the fund raising for other countries .
