ccld level 3 unit 303.4

Hi, I am new here but I have seen that you are all so helpful.

Can anyone please help me. I have to write a reflective piece for unit 303.4 but I dont really know what it is asking me for. Please translate.

I'm glad you managed to sort out the problem .. what unit are you thinking of doing next ?

I am finished with the CCLD! Should have my certificate in a month. I am doing a degree now, started in september also I am doing a level 3 in working with parents so I am still very busy!!
