Help SOS EYFS for September 2012

Hi everybody,

I am currently in my last year at Southampton University finishing my BA (Hons) degree in education and training.
I was hoping you all may be able to help me. I am doing a comparative study on the EYFS that was introduced in 2008 and the revised framework for September 2012. I am interested in what the main differences are and what impact, if any, this will have on practitioners working in early years. My main focus is whether the framework that has now been introduced will be more effective in monitoring a child's progress or whether you think it may actually lead to a less effective monitoring system. I know the new framework has only become effective from this month, therefore, I was hoping you could give me your views now and then I would ask again at the end of the year to see if anything has been flagged up.
Would any managers, practitioners, teachers or assistants of early years settings be willing to do a questionnaire for me if I was to put a few questions to you?

Thank you in advance for any help offered.
