304 reflect and develpo practice

im not on par with this am i supposed to write up 304.1 and 2 ive filled in a self evaluation sheet i was given but not sure on anything else doh???

yes sorry not very clear with 304.1 and 304.2 pc do i have to write them up like reflective accounts? the only thing i have done was a self assessment sheet given to me by my assessor she then just said finish 304 and 305 very clear arent they (not) thanks for taking time to read

sorry I don't know what the pc's are as I dont have my folder to look at....can you post what the pc's are? then I can see if I can help :)
