Help SOS HELP pretty please ladies. with ERR booklet

I'm going out of my mind here, I'm doing my level 3 and am stuck with what to write on unit 201 Understanding employment responsibilities and rights in children's settings OUTCOME 4 understand career pathways available within own related sectors. I feel like I'm hitting my head against a brick wall
Any help would be very much appreciated

Hiya,

I found this hard but it's not part of a unit. It was the first thing I had to do before the assignments. I think they just want to see what you want to do next and how the diploma would help you in your career aims - note "within [u]own[u] related sectors".

Check out this http://www.cityandguilds.com/55836.html (at the bottom it says 'what can I do with this qualification') and I'd just read the intro in your text book/use google? Sorry not to be more helpful. I struggled with that and just made it up really. Didn't get any feedback from it and it was in October so I think it's just to put in your file really.

Hi All
I'm struggling on this one too. This is what I' ve put so far... Crèche worker, Play leader, Play worker or play assistant, Nursery nurses (also known as early education and childcare workers), Out-of-school care workers,, Classroom assistant, Special needs assistant, SureStart worker*
