SOS How do holistic plans enable all children to go outside?

I'm really stuck on this question and I cannot think of/find anything to answer:

How holistic plans support access to outdoor play for every child in the setting, including those with specific requirements

please help, thank you

Hi, how does outdoor play happen in your setting or placement?

Do children go outside whenever they want to or is there a set routine?

and, what sort of record keeping happens to monitor each child's development, so that specific requirements are known about and can be planned for?

xx
