Hi, page 68-70 of this handbook lists types of conflict as being workloads which are perceived to be unequal, approaches to work and change.

Managing conflict sensitively
When conflict occurs it is essential that it is handled sensitively, to avoid making the conflict larger. The aim is to manage conflicts so that they do not interfere with the main work of the team, as this must come first. Failure to manage conflict can have serious consequences although these might show themselves only over a period of time.
