Hi it's about how the setting looks at the goals and sees how they apply to what's going on in day to day practice.
What does your planning look like on paper and what does it look like as you see the room inside, outside, its routines and resources.
Does this, over the time a child is at the setting enable them to reach or access all the learning outcomes as documented in your early years framework - eg. if in England the eyfs. Do you have meetings maybe that explore the six 2008 or 7 2012 areas of learning and how the setting provides opportunities for the children to reach or access the learning & development stages through activities that are planned and spontaneous - adult led/initiated and child led/initiated.
