Unit 202 - speech development

Hi, I have to fill in a speech development table from birth to aged 16 years. It shows the progress year by year. I have managed to get up to '8 - 9 years' but now I am stuck, i cant find anywhere that breaks down the development in speech any later than this and I still have '10-11, 11-12, 13-14 and 15-16years to do. Ive been researching for ages on the internet but cant find anything, HELP Has anyone else had to do this?

I've never had to do anything like language at this age group but their experience and environment springs to mind with their development -
how educated are their parents/carers?
How are they emotionally?
Are they sociable or a boy stuck in front of a computer speaking to noone and just 'grunting' to his parents?
What language are they using - are they expanding it?
or are they using their own text/slang sort of thing?
Has their understanding moved on, so they can extend their own vocabulary or is it a slightly immature?
I did notice this once when a child of 12 said 'two times' to me, when other children of her age said 'twice' - she was quite young for her age.
