hello im not quite sure how in depth to go with this question i think its about observing my children and accesing my rescources then moving on to the next stage of developement i think? can someone comment many thanks

it is about observation yes BUT more about how your settings AB practice ensures it meets the needs of those around and in it. who attends? how do you know? what sorts of data do you collect and how? are you meeting the needs of the boys or do they use a different settingOR do they only use certain resources?
not sure where that evidence is but it sounds like 305 if you have the textbook theres a fair bit about it in there. so yes about resources but also wider issues, research and observation.

hi, i'm new to this site & need help with k3p246 the requirements of legislation, regulation & codes of practice for safeguarding & protecting children relevant to the home country where the setting or service is located. the duty of all within the sector to safeguard children, including;
a whistle blowing where there are concerns about colleagues or in other difficult circumstances
b where your concerns may not be seen to be taken seriously or followed through when following normal procedures
my last question to answer, really want to get it finished!
