Is it true by 2010 every staff member has to hold a level 3? I was tolad about this the other day, but not heard about it b4!!

Hi Pixie,
that is indeed what the government are aiming for but me thinks its a tad unrealistic. There are many unqualified, yet very experienced professional staff in the early years sector and without them we'd not survive. It makes me wonder if the wage issue will be addressed too, but then thats another story.
