Default Training

I am wanting to get my staff who are working towards their level 2 more motivated in their work and also any students on work experience. I was wondering if anyone has a list of tasks they expect their trainees and work experience people to do?

Thanks

We get them to do pretty much the same as all the other staff- obviously being mindful of CRB checks and not doing things for us in their own time but i think how are they going to learn if they don't 'get in there' and do the same as everyone else x
