General question supporting groups of children

HI,
I was wondering if anybody could help me with this question:

*how do you support groups of children to make agreements on meeting their needs/rights and why is this important?

It is important because children have rights!

You can link it to the UN Convention on the rights of the child.

I support children by asking their opinions, involving them in their planning, showing them how their ideas have made a difference etc.
