nvq 3

Hello I have done my nvq 2 , can you please tell me is nvq 3 harder etc and can i use some of my nvq 2 work in it

NVQs don't exist anymore because they produced workers who could sometimes do the job but were not literate or knowledgable enough. The level 3 is now the diploma it is much harder and rightly so. There are over 20 units, most of which require a lot of written work If you look on the CACHE website you can actually download them to see. For example my learners have just done a piece on safeguarding which mangy did 5000 words for.
you cannot use any of your level 2 it is far too simplistic.
