Default What are the key skills elements please - Very upset

Hi I handed in my NVQ last week thought all done just had a call from the idiots Zodiac training to say they took me off their books last September so I've got to do some Key Skills & other tests to qualify for funding. Finding this really hard to take onboard as my colleague who has done the NVQ with doesnt have to & I've got more qualifications than her. Not fair, any advice welcomed please
