Working conditions

I am managing tutors who now have to assess as well as teach. My manager is looking for a formula to calculate their working capacity. can anyone help me by telling me how much time you get to assess candidates, how much marking time for portfolios, time for observations and referencing them up as I am at a loss. My tutors are fab, I want a fair deal for them.
