Help SOS DPP : Optional Unit 2 Special Needs

Hi Everyone.

I am doing my Cache 3 with NEC and I am stuck on one question in the Optional Unit 2, Working with children with disabilities......
The question is:
B: Analyse the effectiveness of your pre-school setting in providing an inclusive culture for children with disabilities and special educational needs.

I am just finding this tough. I seem to have drawn a blank and don't even know where to start.

Any ideas?

Thanks
