Default Cyp 3.6 - 1.1 & 1.2

I am struggling with CYP 3.6, questions 1.1 and 1.2. This is what I have written and below is my assessors response. Can anyone give me any pointers please, Im really not sure what else to write.

Assessors response
3.6 Well done C, some good responses here which have met 4 of the 6 criteria for this learning outcome. I have scored 1.1 & 1.2 as a 7 as I would just like you to increase the level of detail in your answers. With regards to 1.1, I feel you need to highlight the problems which have occurred in the past which have resulted in a greater level of integrated working - eg. the death of Victoria Climbie. Also, with 1.2, it asks you to analyse why an integrated approach delivers better outcomes - again can you explore this in more detail perhaps highlighting problems and difficulties which would occur without this approach. With the above additions this will bring your score up to a 10.

What I wrote
1.1 It is important to work with other agencies such as Health Visitors, Social Workers, Speech Therapists, Teachers etc to ensure that all needs of a child are met. In England Childminders work within the Every Child Matters Framework which states that a child should be healthy, stay safe, enjoy & achieve, make a positive contribution and achieve economic well-being. The EYFS makes it clear that all professionals must work together for the best outcomes for the child. So, for example, if a Childminder notes through his/her observations of the child that the child’s speech and language is delayed they may be referred to a Speech Therapist who will then work together with the Childminder and parents to help the child. The EYFS states the every child is unique and as such should be able to access all areas of the curriculum of the setting they are in, they should be made to feel welcome and accepted into the setting. If a child has additional needs, the Childminder may work with outside agencies who can supply certain specialist equipment to ensure the child can fully participate in activities.
1.2 Working in partnership with other agencies means the best outcome for each child. Each agency should share their assessments and plans, and this should involve the children and their parents. We of course have to bear in mind confidentiality and understand what information can and cannot be shared and with whom. For example, if I have a child I care for who also starts to go to nursery or school, I can make that transition easier for all concerned by doing a transition report to ensure the new setting has information on the child’s developmental stage, their likes/dislikes or any other important information about the child.
