QCF 3 (level3) in residential child care

has anyone finished this course (from the title) and done e.g
Unit – RCD13 Support the development of socially aware behaviour with children and young people in residential childcare
or RCD05 Support risk management in residential childcare
or Unit – RCD09 Support the well-being and resilience of children and young people in residential childcare.

Has anyone done the same?

im sorry Anne i wondered if you could help me with a question i am stuck on Analyse the short and long term impacts on the well being of children and young people if they are not able to form positive attachments

So for short term impacts you need to look at the childs needs not being met, them being put in danger, feeling alone etc.

Long term impacts would be things like, developmental delays, mental health issues, not being able to form positive attachments with others as they have never learnt how, low confidence and self esteem.

You will need to expand on theses and explain them but this should give you a rough idea of what you need to put.
