. please help me i struggling to find all the policies to promoting positive behaviour if someone can help please

Hi, welcome to the site. You need to use the ones your setting or placement has and then research about them generally in your handbook.

Use the look inside feature of this STL level 2 handbook's preview on amazon and search for the words 'behaviour policy' then click the link to page 141 where it explains behaviour, code of conduct, rewards and sanctions, dealing with conflict and inappropriate behaviour, anti-bullying and attendance.

Quote from page 125 following behaviour policy

Most settings have a behaviour policy. This is compulsory in settings that use EYFS (England's early years framework. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have different ones) A behaviour policy sets out how a setting intends to manage children's behaviour. It also has clear procedures that practitioners must follow to encourage positive behaviour and also to manage unwanted behaviour.

the only book we use is childrenched and young people's workforce level 2. the question asks for all the policies for promoting behaviour that link to it xx

excellent :) that's this book? You need to read about the policies on page 188 to 191 and ask your nursery if they have any of them, and then if you can have copies for your coursework. The setting's Code of conduct might be part of your job description and staff conduct could be included in a staff handbook?
