and it was great. kept you focused on the standards and on your toes. dont do either now but would go back if we moved somewhere i couldn't lecture or mentor

I m hoping to do the A1 assessors course, what was it like cabin/tutu and what did it involve, i know you need students to assess 2 i think do they have to be in your own setting.

If you doing the course through a local college - as I did - you do need to have two canidates, if they work in your setting all the better! - but mine didn't.

the course was not to bad - the difficult bit for me was the fact i've never actually done an NVQ - so i found it a little difficult getting my head round them!!!!
