I know that this has been asked but it was quite a while ago. Ruthie actually commented that Suitable person interviews varied from county to county. Have any of you had a recent one and if so what did they concentrate on.
Its usually the Standards or Welfare requirements but am curious to know if it does differ from county to county

child protection, ratios, employment of staff and recruitment, induction of staff, committee roles etc, welfare eg healthy children staff qualifications etc general knowledge requiring welfare requirements and registered persons awareness of these.

thanks Brandy, sounds pretty much like here. I can't think that the area you work in would make any difference but then you never know.

..I moved from full daycare to sessional and they decided I didn't need one!!
