It really does just go on and on and on! I answered TDA 3.2 4.1 please see answer for and listed a page number i thought i had answered the question on my safeguarding assignment :) Apparently if we have answered it in another asignment we do not need to re write it!

Schools as with any other organisations, are obliged to operate under current legislation.
