Default Swot & Sad

Hi Everyone

last question before finishing:
I have recently completed a detailed personal development plan but tutor thinks that i may need to add SWOT and SAD (self assessment development) i need some templates and some info on what kind of things you put on these such as
  • is it about the 6 areas of learning?
  • is it about courses?
  • is it about my role within the setting?

I really have no idea and would just like some guidance i know it's all about me but would just like some ideas to get me going because i have never completed one of these

Thankyou
Lynne

a SWOT is about YOU not the school or children you assess your strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats it is nothing to do with childcare unless there is a gap in your knowledge which could be a weakness. it is all about you look on www.businessballs.com
