I work with 16+ and I'm struggling with this question can anyone help with which legislation I should be looking at. I have looked at so many during this course & now I'm brain dead.

Explain current legislation & guidance relating to the provision of & access to educational opportunities for children and young people.

Would very much appreciate any help possible. Should i be looking at the education Act????
