you need to research people like gibbs kolb and brookfield and apply their theoretical perspective to your practice

i am just doing this 1 here is a check list from my level3 book

do you have the individual plans for childrenbased on observations?
how do these plans translate into your practice ?
how do you know the planned activity willbe intreersting to the children?
how do you monitor their level of engagement in adult and child led activities?
how do you insure children have lots of opportunites for child led play?
how do you engage with the children?
how long is an avergage ineraction with children?

kolb, wood, lindon, maynard + thomas, hallet are people you need to look up as well hope this helps

Hi, a warm welcome to the forum. This means to look at what you do in your setting when you help, monitor and plan for children to learn, develop and how you do that.

This thread looks at professional reflection http://www.silkysteps.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7386

and there's a self appraisal form here that might help with ideas xx

Best wishes
