Tip #1-Be honest!
My interview was not nearly as difficult as I had imagined
You will be amazed at what you do know and as long as you can give a clear procedure for finding out any extra information....no worries...
We are all human...and believe it or not...OfSTED inspectors are too!!:rotfl:

Don't waffle - if you don't know the answer, be honest - there aren't any prizes for daft answers

Do some prep - read through the standards and if you don't know what any of them mean - ask someone first - on here or another forum

Lock teenagers in bedrooms - absolutely under no circumstances allow them anywhere near - they are likely to say, at the most inopportune time (like when you've just told a whopper)..... but that didn't happen did it? with a big smirk on their angelic little faces :muted:

Sarah....your tip on teenagers comments made me:rotfl:
We teach our children to be honest and truthful....however it sometimes doesnt work in our favour
