Hi, welcome to the site, health needs include going to the toilet, washing hands, looking after hair & skin care, eating healthily, drinking healthily, dental and eye care, sleep, rest and exercise/activity, developing an understanding of feeling ill or poorly.

Consider how you help children meet those needs. How you respond to children when they share information about those health needs, how important it all is for staying safe and well.

Best wishes
