Help SOS Why is it important to engage with a child to support sustained sharing thinking?

This question is really pickling my head guys. Could anyone please please please help me, i would really appreciate it.

YAAAAAY i've passed! i am now a qualified nursery nurse, i didn't need any help but it finally paid off wooooo

presumably you knew the end date, you knew the task and you knew the expectations on you. you get what you put in. i would also point out that while you were sitting her doing whatever it is you were doing most of us were at work! 3 hrs and google and you cant find the answer, maybe a little while longer learning about yourself and the skills you need to cultivate is required.

I work 12 hours a day love probably more than you'll ever do! My end date was next week but my assessor is going on maternity! perhaps all your questions youve asked could of been fount out on google then ay?

and have i ever asked a question related to my nvq? no do you know why because ive used my knowledge and thought about it myself! have you? no! you use this forum for other people to answer your questions. its took me 3 hours because i was at work and still am
