There's on here - www.bromleycma.org.uk which you might be able to adapt...

I know it's a childminding site, but it's a start!

I can't see it either... I think they may have incorporated it into the equal opps policy...

It might be worth looking at an Inclusion policy as an overall thing, thats the way we're moving to at the moment.

follow the link above to a really good website with lots of up-to-date info, it will help you to see inclusion as a wider issue - lots of other good early years info there too
