Default unit 201.4.5 communicate when difficulties are experienced

Evening,
My assessor gave me a homework to write a personal statement on performance criteria: Adapt the ways in which you communicate(with adults) when difficulties are experienced
and
201.2.5 is about how to interact and respond to adults
and performance criteria is:
Make suggestions and give information when requested

I'm wondering what examples from my practice shall
I give,as it is a personal statement it has to be written in " I did " etc
I would be greatfull for any suggestions
thanks

for difficulties, think about how you would react, ie staying calm, listening, passing on information to superiors, body language, making sure there is somewhere private to talk. sorry, these points are probably used for when there is conflict...but they may help you.
201.2.5 - an example could be the teacher asking how a child or a group of children got on with the work set, or how they behaved during an activity. suggestions could include children needing more time/support with certain subjects/areas. or suggesting that you help the teacher with various jobs. hope some of this helps
