Help SOS Cypop 17 Help

Hi can any one help on my last few questions and really finding this unit hard been searching for a few days now and not really coming up with anything feel like I'm hitting a brick wall any help would be great as once done i have then finished my L3. I need help with:
4.1. Research the policy and guidance impacting on support services at national level and evaluate how this operates at local level.
4.4. Explain how the interface with adult services is structured so that the needs of children and young people whose carers are users of services
are taken into account.
5.3 Analyse how and why practitioners should act as agents and facilitators of change in own work setting.

Please if anyone out there can help i would be extremely grateful. Thank you in advance Andrea

Hello I am also stuck on CYPOP 17 - 4.4 Explain how the interface with adult services is structured so that the needs of children and young people whose carers are users of service are taken into account. Please can any one help.
